ARM Thailand Reward Trip 2026: Appreciation for Those Who Always Give Their Best

BALI – Behind every company achievement are people who give their time, energy and best dedication. To celebrate that journey, ARM Hospitality presented the Thailand Reward Trip 2026, an appreciation trip on 17–24 September 2026 for a group of dedicated employees, with all costs covered by the company.

For ARM, an award is more than a ceremony. It is a way to say thank you in a tangible form and to celebrate the journey we have travelled together. After the challenges and routine of work, it was time for the ARM team to step away from the desk for a moment and enjoy time together in one of Southeast Asia's favourite destinations.

Pattaya: A Relaxed Start to the Journey

The trip began with a departure from Bali to Thailand. On arrival, the group immediately settled into Pattaya's relaxed rhythm: exploring Terminal 21 Pattaya, taking in the view from the Wat Phra Yai Big Buddha Temple, and spending time at Central Pattaya Mall. Every corner of the city offered a different story to share.

Bangkok: The City's Endless Energy

Arriving in Bangkok, the adventure felt more alive. The group wandered through the bustle of Chatuchak Weekend Market, one of Thailand's most famous weekend markets, then tried riding a Tuk-Tuk, the iconic vehicle that is part of the city's pulse. The journey continued to Siam Square and ICONSIAM, before ending with dinner aboard the Chao Phraya Princess Dinner Cruise.

Enjoying a meal while gazing at the glittering lights of Bangkok from the Chao Phraya River was one of the most unforgettable moments.

Hunting for Souvenirs, Tasting Local Flavours

A trip to Thailand is not complete without shopping. Platinum Fashion Mall, JODD FAIR, Big C Ratchada and other shopping centres were all part of the journey. From looking for fashion items and choosing gifts for family to tasting local cuisine, everything was enjoyed with great enthusiasm. The final challenge? Making sure all the shopping still fit in the suitcase.

Exploring Thailand's Cultural Side

Between entertainment and shopping, the team also enjoyed Thailand's cultural side with visits to Chinatown and Wat Arun. These two destinations offered a different experience and a reminder that a shared journey is not only about the place you go, but about the experiences you share.

Laughter, Stories and Togetherness

Over the week, the trip was filled with laughter, stories, food, exploration, group photos and many spontaneous moments that cannot be planned. Away from the office routine, participants got to know each other better, build chemistry and create memories as one team.

The Thailand Reward Trip 2026 was joined by Mr. Agung, Mr. Rendy, Mr. Nengah, Ms. Indah, Ms. Ari, Mr. Anderson, Ms. Tari, Mr. Endi, Mr. Putu Sujud, Mr. De Adi and Ms. Anggun, and was also attended by Mr. Ronny and Ms. Siska.

More Than a Holiday

For ARM, this trip is not merely an opportunity for a holiday. More than that, it is a form of recognition for the contribution and hard work of every individual who is part of the company's journey.

We believe a great team is built not only through hard work, but also through togetherness, appreciation and shared experiences. After returning to Bali on 24 September, the participants brought home more than souvenirs and travel photos. They brought stories, new experiences and memories that will become part of ARM's steps ahead.
