Independence Day Spirit: ARM Hospitality Hosts GSM & Outing 2025 "One Team One Dream"
BALI – In the festive spirit of Indonesia's Independence Day, ARM Hospitality successfully held the GSM & Outing 2025 on 17 August 2025. Under the grand theme "One Team One Dream", the event took place in a lush open-air setting, filled with enthusiasm and a strong sense of togetherness from all employees, who appeared united in their navy blue uniforms.
The Red and White Flying Among Friends
Immersed in the joy of green trees and fresh morning air, every participant was swept up in an atmosphere of unity. The red-and-white flag, flying proudly in the middle of the team photo, further underlined the nationalism and fighting spirit of the ARM Hospitality family.
More Than an Annual Outing
More than a yearly recreational event, the General Staff Meeting (GSM) and outing were designed to strengthen bonds, improve synergy and align the vision of the entire team. Time together outside the office proved an effective way to break down barriers between divisions and build warmer communication.
